As a therapist, you will provide expert care to patients with injuries/illnesses to help them improve movement, manage pain, and/or prevent the loss of mobility. Will be working with nursing staff to coordinate treatment, evaluate patients and determine the patient's plan of care.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their mobility and manage pain and physical impairments resulting from injuries, illnesses, or surgery. As a Permanent Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support. 1. Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional capabilities, needs and goals to determine the appropriate treatment plan.
2. Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
3. Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation.
4. Provide education to patients and their families about the therapy process, potential outcomes, and exercises they can do at home to expedite recovery.
5. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to share expertise and ensure patient recovery.
6. Manage and lead a team of physical therapists, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to departmental policies and industry standards.
7. Conduct regular patient assessments, modifying treatment plans as needed.
8. Maintain detailed records of patients' therapy programs, progress, and discharge summaries.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices to provide optimal care to patients.
10. Participate in professional development activities and continuing education to maintain current knowledge and licensure.

1. A minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
2. Current state licensure or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with experience in a lead role or physical rehabilitation setting preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and procedures.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients and their families.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of physical therapists.
7. Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, with a focus on patient-centered care.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
9. Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and software.
10. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
11. Physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to stand for long periods and assist patients with physical movements.
12. Current CPR certification.
